Coach Tim
Tim is a strength and conditioning coach with a BSc in International Physiotherapy and currently completing an MSc in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Sciences at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
With over a decade of experience spanning clinical physiotherapy practice, elite sport environments, and high-performance coaching across Southern Africa and The Netherlands, Tim brings a level of scientific rigour and movement understanding rarely found in a personal training setting. His background includes high-performance sport physiotherapy at the Stellenbosch Academy of Sport with professional football and rugby athletes, and medical oversight at international Judo competition level — a role recognised by the International Judo Federation.
His coaching is informed by physiotherapy education and clinical experience — delivering structured, evidence-based programming that prioritises technique, progression, and long-term physical resilience. Whether you're training for performance, building strength from scratch, or returning to exercise after injury, every programme is built around your individual needs.
